Join Black Young Professionals of Metro Detroit (BYP) along with several other Detroit Black Professional Affinity organizations for a Day Party Fundraiser at the Detroit Riverside Marina on July 27th!

Celebrate Michigan’s short summer and absorb the sun, food, drink, music, and positivity with like minded professionals from across Southeast Michigan. A portion of the proceeds generated from Black Young Professionals’ followers and members attendance will go toward BYP’s work with students in the Metro Detroit community. There will be small bites and specialty drinks provided, along with a cash bar. There will be plenty of free parking. So, be sure to select the  “BYPD” ticket when you sign-up!!

No BYP tickets will be sold on at the door. Nothing sold at the door counts towards mentorship or scholarship programs.

BYP’s special guest at this event will be the Student Advocacy Center (SAC), which is a unique organization with a proud, nearly 45-year history of helping underserved students stay in school or get back into school. We have been working with SAC for over two years in providing mentorship to their students and exposure to their organization. As we continue to work with other, existing organizations such as SAC we hope to grow our roots in the community and provide value to our members and the city. Please join us at this lovely summer event to meet members from the following organizations and leadership from SAC’s Detroit office. You will also learn about the awesome events BYP has coming up, including our biggest community service activities which are planned for August.
