9th Annual Holiday Mixer
December 5, 2019, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The Affinity is back for our 9th year, turning the heat up this holiday season!
We invite the public to bring friends, family, and colleagues to a night of fun and fellowship in celebration of the holidays at the Detroit Black Professionals 9th Annual Holiday Mixer!
This year’s event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019. The purpose is to foster connectivity among African American professionals in the region while giving to the local community. Admission includes parking, coat check, appetizers, and a cash bar. 100% of the net proceeds will go to a local community program that has been making a positive impact in Detroit and will be honored during the event.
This year’s theme is “Business, Friendship, and Community” with a spotlight on the newly formed Detroit Coalition for Economic Inclusion (DCEI).
Absolutely no cash or ticket sales accepted at the door, so please get your tickets online immediately. There is a strict occupancy limit and ticket sales will be automatically cut off at that number.
During the event, starting no earlier than 7:15 PM, each organization will speak on their mission and how you can get involved or learn more. There will also be a presentation of a donation check to the beneficiary program.
